Key Responsibilities
• Calculating, recording, inputting, or processing financial data.
• Preparing customer invoices based on accounting procedures.
• Working with a billing system and generating invoices.
• Researching and investigating discrepancies in invoices to determine the accuracy of charges.
• Aging Receivable & Collection Reports.
• Cheques on Hand Tracking.
• Securing revenue.
• Collecting payments.
• Matching payments to invoice numbers or sales orders.
• Handling customer inquiries regarding billing issues.
• Managing an Accounts Receivable ledger and Accounts Receivable files.
• Submitting daily reports to management on accounts receivable operations.
• Maintaining customer accounts.
• Posting receipts in a timely manner.
• Daily Sales Monitoring and Reconciliation.
• Bank Reconciliation.
Requirements:
• 2-3 years experience in Accounts Receivable is a must.
• Degree in Bachelor of Commerce or higher.
• Proven work experience in accounting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
