Responsibilities

  • Conducting performance and wage evaluations
  • Creating clear policies and increasing policy awareness
  • Reporting in a clear and concise manner
  • Delivering informative and entertaining presentations
  • Maintaining and reporting compliance with workplace health and safety regulations
  • Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations
  • Protecting employee and workplace privacy
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent
  • Experience in human resources or related field
  • Ability to build positive relationships with coworkers
  • Experience in educating and coaching employees
  • Experience in workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
  • Understanding and adherence to workplace privacy regulations
  • Capability to deliver presentations
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws
  • Experience with various computer tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Benefits

Terms of Employment:

  • Full-time, Permanent Position, 40 hours per week

Salary: $24.04 - $38.46 per hour

Required Years of Experience: 2 to 3 years
