Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance tasks and workshoprelated activities including building new bikes, servicing and diagnostic checks
  • Product knowledge of different groupsets for all bicycle types
  • Discussing maintenance issues with clients both scheduled servicing and repair of damaged cycles
  • Keep the workshop clean and tidy at all times to create a safe environmentto work in
  • Bike cleaning area is kept dry and safe when not in use
  • All tools are correctly stored, cleaned and maintained at all times when notin use
  • Recording of labour on computer system
  • All used, broken, replaced items are disposed of in a safe and timelymanner
  • All maintenance and repair work is quality control checked before it leavesthe workshop
  • Organise and take part in commercial activities, events...
  • Promote the brand name 'Yasmena Cycles' into the UAE community
  • Advising customers about desired shop items and bikes
  • Stay updated with promotions and advertising these to customers
  • Processing customer payments using the shop's Point of Sale (POS) system
  • Addressing and resolving customer complaints in a professional mannerJob Skills:
  • Be customer oriented
  • Product knowledge of bicycles related items
  • Ability to learn use of computer programs

Requirements:

  • Mandatory previous work experience in mechanics. Without experience will be rejected.

Pay:
From AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
