Waiter / Waitress.

InterContinental Dubai Marina is a Five Star luxury hotel in the heart of Dubai Marina with 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event space and restaurants & bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five star presence.

In this position, you will be responsible to:

• Ensure that the highest standards of hospitality is demonstrated at all times
• Prepare in advance food, beverage and equipment needed for the service
• Keep updated with all food and beverage knowledge necessary within the department
• Communicate with your leaders any challenges, guest comments and other relevant information in order to resolve any difficulties in the best way possible
• Establish and maintain effective employee working relationships, attend and participate in daily briefings, trainings and other meetings as scheduled
• Clean and reset his/her working area

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:

• Previous Food and Beverage service experience in luxury hotel
• Should be impeccably groomed and presented
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Team work
