Role & Responsibilities:

  • To develop, drive and execute eCommerce strategy to deliver superior shopping experience and sustainable profitable growth.
  • To collaborate with crossfunctional partners to develop & execute all aspects of the eCommerce channel including, business planning, and development, ecommerce content development and execution, full funnel media planning & buying, promo and media synchronization, pricing and other online marketing, customer service, and analytics.

  • Lead the development of ecommerce marketing strategy for the company and work with markets to help them win digitally
  • Analyze research, customer needs, current market conditions and competition to define GTM annual plan and collaborate with markets to enable execution
Lead initiatives to develop the company's in-house e-commerce business.

  • Conceptualize and translate instore promo activations into ecomm space
  • Oversee the renewal of service level agreements with online retailers in a manner that terms and conditions are favorable to the company.
  • Ensuring optimal quality of service to customer by periodic analysis of customer reviews and regular customer connects
  • Evaluate and benchmark competitor's eCommerce strategy and performance to ensure the company remains leader within the industry in online sales
Lead development of all activities and plans for various ecommerce projects and coordinate with online retailers to prepare an effective schedule for project and ensure compliance to same

Qualification, Experience & Skills:

Academic and professional qualifications:

  • Bachelors / Master's degree in marketing or a related field

Experience:

  • 6 years in ecommerce marketing in agency or client with 2 years managerial experience
  • Fluency in Arabic and experience in Food business is a plus
