Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct customers
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- advising customers on choosing flowers suitable for any occasion
- monitoring stock and working out what is required for customer orders

  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Requirements and skills

  • At least 2 years experience as a Flower Sales or relevant role (Flower shop)
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic Speaker is a must.
  • Pleasing Personality
  • Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills
Salary will be discussed upon interview
