Ensure that items received are as per the approved Purchase Order / Material Requisition.

  • Inspect the Materials for Quality Inspection. If any of the goods are found to be defective or not as per the approved Purchase Order / Material Requisition, inform to purchase department to return materials to the supplier with a Deviation Note.
  • Ensure that materials are stored in the allocated area with proper Identification
  • Issue / release correct materials to the client as per the approved Material Requisition, in time, and as per specifications
  • Record issues in the stock register. Ensure the system record of stock is reconciled with physical stock periodically
  • Responsible for dispatch and delivery of materials, as well as loading and unloading of vehicles. Ensure that the same are done with due consideration to related procedures.
  • Ensure systematic storage and locations where materials are stored should be maintained in the system.
  • Prepare monthly and annual inventory reports (physical and variation reports) and submit to management
  • Coordinate and participate in scheduled and special stock checking as required.

Salary:
From AED3,000.00 per month
