Description du poste

Mama Shelter Paris East à la recherche de son prochain Barman (H/F/NB)

LA MISSION :

Central dans les Mama, le bar est un lieu de vie important pour nos clients. Nos guest doivent être entre de bonnes mains avec vous.

Vous assurez le bon déroulement d'un service personnalisé au bar : de la prise de commande jusqu'à l'encaissement.

Vous confectionnez et servez les cocktails et boissons avec expertise et bonne humeur .

Avant cela, vous assurez bien sur la mise en place et la remise en état du bar.

L'expérience client doit être parfaite , et vous en êtes le garant.

• Vous savez gérer la pression, et on ne parle pas de la boisson .


• Le détail est important pour vous, rien ne manque grâce à votre anticipation


• Vous avez la mémoire dans la peau, Matt Damon n'a qu'à bien se tenir....


• Vous êtes comme Shiva, autant de bras que de clients face à vous.


• Vous êtes attentionné et convivial, vous débordez de gentillesse à ne plus savoir qu'en faire


• Le bar est votre terrain de jeux et vous le chouchoutez : propre et rangé, votre appartement n'a jamais été aussi clean


• Vous instaurez & participez à une ambiance chaleureuse pour l'établissement, par contre oubliez Coyote Girls, on vous préfère derrière que sur le bar .
