Leader of EYFS


The Leader of EYFS will work in conjunction with the Head of Primary and the Principal to ensure that the curriculum is nurturing and developmentally appropriate taking into account all learners in their care.

The Leader of EYFS will place the highest importance on the well-being of all students, ensuring excellent levels of pastoral support and encouragement of every child.


The Leader of EYFS will model the values of Citizens School and create a culture where all members of the community learn, thrive and collaborate, ensuring all individuals are empowered and nurtured, as Citizens School becomes known as a centre of excellence.

Requirements:

A university degree related to the role;
A recognised teaching qualification;
Leadership experience in a similar role;
Fluency in English;
Preferably at least two years teaching experience in an international setting;
Previous experience working with students for whom English is not their first language;
Proof of suitability for working with children (background check documentation).
