The Caretaker will be responsible for maintaining a large state-of-the-art house around the clock, including in particular technical aspects and performing duties of a multi-skilled handyman-technician, being able to undertake minor repairs around the villa.


  • Ensuring all areas of the property are well maintained.
  • Basic aspects of maintaining MEP related issues
  • Having the ability to identify and resolve minor repairs and daytoday maintenance.
  • Engaging and overseeing external specialist contractors, service providers and suppliers.
  • Maintaining security and communication systems and record keeping on a regular basis.
  • Knowledge and experience of operating a BMS for the above
  • Knowledge of Crestron and Lutron systems or similar
  • Regularly interacting with owners and attending to their related instructions.
  • Good Englishspeaking skills is a must, along with pleasant mannerisms and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of work experience and knowledge of

A/C systems, electrical and plumbing

  • General understanding of household mechanical systems, appliances, technology and routine maintenance practices of these systems; Flexible to work and be oncall as needed
  • Hardworking, honest, dependable, selfmotivated person, with knowledge of etiquette and protocol; Maintain highest levels of confidentiality and discretion
  • Having problemsolving and multitasking abilities.
