*Position Overview:

As a Business Development Executive specializing in Automotive Fleet Services, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base within the local UAE market.

Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate relationships with automotive fleet operators, presenting our comprehensive maintenance services and securing long-term partnerships.

Through strategic planning and effective communication, you will drive revenue growth while ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

*Key Responsibilities:
1. *Identify and

Target Prospects:

  • Research and identify potential automotive fleet operators within the local UAE market. Develop a targeted approach to engage with key decision-makers.
2. *Build and

Maintain Relationships:

  • Initiate contact with prospective clients, nurturing relationships through effective communication and personalized solutions. Maintain regular communication to understand their evolving needs and challenges.
3. *Present Service Offerings:* Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our automotive maintenance services. Tailor proposals to address specific client requirements and emphasize the value proposition.

4. *Negotiate Contracts:* Collaborate with clients to negotiate favorable terms and conditions for service agreements. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between client expectations and service capabilities.

5. *Drive Sales Growth:* Set ambitious sales targets and develop strategies to achieve and exceed them. Proactively seek out opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to maximize revenue potential.

*Market Intelligence:* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to automotive fleet services in the UAE.

Use insights to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.

*Provide Feedback:* Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, conveying feedback, requests, and concerns to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.

Collaborate with operations teams to address any client-specific requirements.

*Maintain CRM Database:* Record and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and deal progressions in the CRM system.

Generate regular reports to track performance metrics and measure progress against goals.

*Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the automotive industry, with a focus on fleet services.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive fleet market in the UAE, including industry dynamics, customer segments, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, with a proactive approach to problemsolving and relationship building.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills would be advantageous.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
