As MENAP Digital Performance and Content Strategist Manager, you'll be


responsible for developing the digital content strategy and digital ecosystem (digital marketing, e comm) content for audiences across Abbott Nutrition Brand's corporate digital, social and e-commerce platforms.


  • Work with internal and external business partners to create content for digital campaigns across established and emerging platforms that drive online to offline traffic, conversion and spend
  • Create digitallydriven (i.e., digital behavior, search, social listening, audience segmentation, etc.), compelling content that spans video, print and digital mediums, and balancing push and pull marketing to tell the story of Abbott Nutrition Brand
  • Ensure a continuous supply of new, dynamic, and compelling content in a regulated/medical environment
  • Optimizes digital performance of marketing initiatives through the development, delivery, and implementation of digital performance activities across brands. This includes the integration, monitoring and analysis of performance data, marketing activities, and other support recommendations via the marketing management team to achieve optimal levels of performance (and results).
  • Leads digital media strategy development and managing investment to optimise ROI and ensure robust insights for omnichannel performance measurement (including digital, ecommerce).
  • Collaborates with other functional teams (internal and external) to deploy digital programs across channels and platforms to optimize business outcomes and successfully achieve strategy.
  • Identifies and implements new technology with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure effectiveness of digital media and ROI (e.g. ad serving, digital safety/verification, etc.)

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for all digital marketing investment across performance channels
  • Continuously optimise investment allocation & deployed content to maximise conversion rates.
  • Create insightdriven digital content marketing strategies for assigned Abbott Nutrition brand
  • Think across various channels/platformsfrom events to social to webto create an optimal customer/consumer experience
  • Working very closely with content owners (brand marketing), sharing performance insights and ensuring content is optimised with high sense of urgency to deliver continuous optimisation of conversions.
  • Monitor social media, ecommerce and company website metrics.
  • Improve omnichannel campaigns based on digital performance KPIs using performance measurement framework
  • Create/implement new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers (e.g. Identify and form strategic content partnerships with key players)
  • Track, analyze and report on content and campaign performance and use data to refine tactics and optimize business results
  • Manage agency relationships in delivery of performance marketing programs
  • Build business case(s) to increase overall marketing investment
  • Provide thought leadership in paid/performance digital staying on top of industry updates and relevant business impacts, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and adopt new marketing technologies.
  • Manage the daytoday search marketing activities across multiple search engines including researching, growing and optimizing keyword portfolios and bid management strategies and refining campaigns through ad copy tests, landing pages, negative keywords, etc.
