**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
**Managerial Accountabilities

  • Dedicated to understand the overall UAE and Dubai market
- and competitors' strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand and knows how to sell against them.

  • Uses negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to achieve goals.
  • Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, sales trips, trade shows, etc.
  • Effectively develops relationships within the assigned segment to strengthen and expand the customer base for future sales opportunities.
  • Effectively manages and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Effectively uses DAMAC Hotels and Resorts Management sales resources and support staff within the properties.
**Functional Accountabilities

  • Works collaboratively with available sales channels and RFP tools
  • Continuously focuses on improving Guest Satisfaction to create customer loyalty and increase market share
  • Will send a weekly activity report to Sales Manager and DOSM in meeting the assigned deadlines of other reporting duties.
  • Will add sales activities to the common database on a daily/weekly basis and update the S&M database of contacts accordingly.
  • Any modification of account production and other manipulation of produced revenue will lead to an immediate termination.
  • To conduct a minimum of 20 sales calls per week.

**Qualifications and experience
**Experience and Technical Knowledge

  • Sales Executive with minimum 2 years working experience and clear understanding of respective market
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding individual goals
  • Understand the overall dynamics of corporate market
**Qualifications

  • 4 year bachelor degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing
  • Dubai experience
