المسؤوليات:

- التواصل مع العملاء باللغة العربية لفهم احتياجاتهم وتفضيلاتهم في تقديم الطعام
- المساعدة في إعداد مقترحات المبيعات والعقود والعروض التقديمية
- التنسيق مع العملاء لجدولة جلسات التجربة والزيارات الموقعية وغيرها من الأنشطة المتعلقة بالمبيعات
- متابعة العملاء لضمان الرضا ومعالجة أي مخاوف أو أسئلة
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لأنشطة المبيعات وتفاعلات العملاء والعقود
- التعاون مع فريق المبيعات لتطوير استراتيجيات لاستقطاب عملاء جدد والاحتفاظ بالعملاء الحاليين
- تقديم الدعم الإداري لفريق المبيعات، بما في ذلك إدارة التقاويم وجدولة المواعيد وإعداد تقارير المبيعات
- البقاء على اطلاع على اتجاهات الصناعة وأنشطة المنافسين وتطورات السوق
المتطلبات:

- إجادة اللغة العربية واجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (تحدثاً وكتابةً)
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة سابقة في تنسيق المبيعات أو خدمة العملاء أو دور ذي صلة
- مهارات اتصال وبين الأشخاص قوية
- قدرات تنظيمية وإدارة زمن ممتازة
- إجادة مجموعة Microsoft Office (Word، Excel، PowerPoint)
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة سريعة الخطى والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية
- المعرفة بصناعة تقديم الطعام أو قطاع الضيافة هي ميزة إضافية
