**Overall Job Purpose / Role Purpose: **The Role

As Office Administrator in the Dubai office of ATG, you will be responsible for organising and coordinating administration duties and office procedures.

You should be a dynamic, passionate, and energetic individual who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats.

Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and secretarial support-related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision, and with professional discretion.

You should be well organised, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of a diverse team and has an excellent ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation, in all business areas.


Key Responsibilities

  • Office Administration (regular tasks and adhoc assignments)
  • Accounts Assistance (process invoices and payments, carry out followups, and produce detailed reports for senior management team)
  • HRrelated tasks (process visa and labour requirements, company licences and compliance documents, onboarding & offboarding employees, events management)
  • Point of contact for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands Being responsible for information security and data protection, and supporting the business in complying with any legal obligations imposed upon it through positive actions.

Technical Competencies:

  • Experience of working with Dubai Development Authority (DDA) AXS portal
  • Excellent written and spoken English Knowledge of DDA processes and requirements

Behavioural & Personality Competencies:

  • Highly organised Friendly and approachable

  • UAE work experience
  • Currently UAE based UAE HR experience
