About The RoleOur client is seeking a dynamic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead their marketing team and drive their mission to transform Web3 banking.

This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced marketing leader from a top-tier Web3 or crypto project to play a crucial role in shaping the future of decentralized finance.


Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that promotes the company's vision and values, enhancing brand awareness and market position

Community Engagement:
Design and implement strategies to engage with the Web3 community through innovative campaigns, social media, events, and Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions

Growth Marketing:
Drive user acquisition and retention through targeted marketing initiatives, leveraging data analytics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI

Partnerships & Collaborations:
Establish strategic marketing partnerships and collaborations with key industry players, influencers, and communities to expand the company's reach and influence

Leadership & Team Building:
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence

Market Research:
Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, adjusting strategies accordingly

Requirements:

Proven Experience:
A successful track record as a marketing leader in a prominent Web3 or crypto company, demonstrating the ability to drive brand growth and engagement in a decentralized environment

Deep understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized finance, and the broader Web3 ecosystem
