Updating of bill for all In-Patients on daily basis.

  • Responsible for discharging the patient in collaboration with MRD, Nursing, Doctors, Insurance Department and Discharge Office.
  • Daily report preparation (Discharges of the Day) to be sent to HOD.
  • Daily documentation of all Billing Activity Records
  • Communicate to Clinical and non Clinical areas if needed
  • Scanning of Discharge Summary and Sick Leave to send in MRD for typing
  • Printing of typed Discharge Summary and Sick Leave
  • Sending of In Patients File to insurance department for extension of stay and Inpatient diagnostic requests
  • Make sure that information will be given to the nurses related to billing and/or discharges.
  • Attend patients' concerns and complaints
  • Front Desk Operations
  • Provides information by answering inquiries and demand
  • Provide secretarial or general office purpose
  • Keep unit equipments operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; calling for repairs
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as necessary
  • Keep the nurses informed with regards to patient extension of stay and approval for any diagnostic requests

Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
