Job responsibilities for a gelato maker:

  • Prepare high-quality gelato according to established recipes and standards.
  • Operate and maintain gelato production equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
  • Monitor ingredients and inventory levels, and place orders as necessary to maintain sufficient supplies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and labelling of ingredients.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all stages of production.
  • Experiment with new flavours, ingredients, and techniques to develop innovative gelato recipes.
  • Collaborate with the team to create seasonal and specialty gelato offerings.
  • Uphold the company's brand standards and consistently deliver exceptional product quality.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, making recommendations, and serving gelato.
  • Train and mentor junior gelato makers, sharing knowledge and ensuring consistency in product quality and production processes.

Salary:
From AED3,000.00 per month
