Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting operations including Invoicing, A/R, A/P & GL's.
- Manage inventory & COGS accounting including reconciliation of inventory accounts.
- Manage month and yearend close process and prepare timely financial statements.
- Support preparation of yearly budgets and quarterly reviews.
- Perform financial reviews with functional departments, provide actionable insights, and follow up on implementation.
- Manage and coordinate endtoend audits of 3rd party service providers, including vendor selection and monthly review of payments versus activity.
- Establish strong internal controls over sourcing and payment processes.
- Initiate and oversee special projects aligned with business intelligence and online strategies.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- 35 years of accounting experience and ERP knowledge (Odoo, Zoho and Oracle)
- Bachelor's Degree (Accounting or Finance preferred)
- 3+ years of relevant financial or accounting experience.
- Experience in an eCommerce environment is strongly preferred.
- Highly proficient in Excel, including pivot tables. Ability to build complex reports from multiple data sources and analyze large volumes of data.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work independently, assume responsibility for project deliverables, and work effectively within deadlines.

Salary:
AED5, AED6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
