Lead and oversee the development of the home care business, ensuring operational excellence and high-quality patient care.
Develop protocols and best practices for home and hotel visitations, ensuring consistency and safety in service delivery.

MRCGP qualification or equivalent.
Diploma in Child Health (DCH) or similar qualification from Europe, US, or Canada (preferred but not required).Experience in family medicine, urgent care, and emergency department settings ideally in the UK, US, Canada or Europe.
Excellent clinical decision-making skills and ethical practice.Motivated to grow and expand a home care business.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on patient care and community health.
Passionate about providing high-quality care at all times.Professional demeanor with a focus on maintaining patient confidentiality and trust.
