Functional Accountabilities:

Tele calling experience or customer service experience is required.

  • Keep up with Product Knowledge & promotions
  • Adhere to the Dialer KPI
  • Have a Customer centric approach
  • Good Followup & Lead management
  • Keep a track of daily/Weekly & monthly Targets
  • Follow company policies

Experience and Technical Knowledge:

  • Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
  • Tele calling experience
  • Preferably from Real estate experience
  • Language skills
  • Italian, German, Turkish, Chinese, Russian
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Salary:
AED7, AED7,500.00 per month
