Who we are:

Launching CredibleX, a new Fintech enterprise specializing in Credit-as-a-Service ("CaaS") incubated at Further Ventures, a venture builder backed by ADQ, an Abu Dhabi Sovereign Wealth Fund, targeting partners who serve the SME banking and lending segment within the UAE.

We tackle the difficulty most local SMEs face when seeking credit by removing the barriers that traditional lenders have in place.

We want to make accessing credit simple, transparent, digital, and friction free for those who need it most, local SMEs.

About the role:

As an early-stage startup, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accountant to join our team at CredibleX. As an Accountant, you will play a vital role in managing the accounting and finance functions of our organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid track record in accounting and finance, who is looking to take their career to the next level.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daytoday accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including the preparation of monthly financial statements.
• Conduct regular financial analysis to monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support the development and implementation of internal control procedures.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
• Stay updated with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Professional certification such as /CPA/CA certification is required.
• Minimum of 6 years of working experience in accounting and finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
