Head of Creative - Marketing

Position Summary


We are looking for a conceptual art-based Head of Creative who can drive the ideation, implementation and execution of various creative projects in support of our brand and its many different product offerings.

This includes guiding, assisting and inspiring our super-talented team of designers and writers.

It's important to note that this is a very hands-on position, embracing the belief that guiding also includes doing. Additionally, you'll partner with the Director of Creative to ideate larger brand-building initiatives and ad-hoc guerrilla marketing concepts.

This is a newly created position and is based in our headquarters in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solidify the reputation of Property Finder as a smart, witty and sophisticated brand
  • Lead the creation of work that is aligned with our brand persona and ToV
  • Reduce our reliance on thirdparty vendors in the development of broad brand campaigns
  • Creatively communicate our brand promise to our two very distinct target audiences (real estate brokerages and home seeking consumers)
  • Help the Director of Creative (DoC) mentor and grow the department
The Person

Desired Qualifications

  • A demonstrated ability in a creative leadership role, with commensurate leadership skills
  • Proven experience in optimizing the strengths of crossfunctional creative teams
  • Handson experience in creating attentiongetting, successful brand campaigns with multiple touchpoints
  • An ability to execute against Brand Guidelines and brand persona
  • High level of expertise in a broad array of creative software platforms
  • 10+ years of experience in a related role or marketing agency

  • The Head of Creative will have a reputation for integrity and 'leading by example.'
  • This is someone who believes in Property Finder's overall proposition and how to properly articulate that to stakeholders, resulting in onbrand creativity across the company.
  • The ability to put brand and concept first, setting aside ownership of an idea to develop work that helps the company shine.
  • The ability to strengthen relationships between the marketing department and Property Finder's other missioncritical internal departments.
  • A selfless teamfirst mentality, helping to develop creative and leadership skills among all team members.
