Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting customers as they enter the store, helping them find products, answering questions, and providing information on promotions and discounts.
- Develop a deep understanding of our furniture products, including materials, features, and pricing, to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist customers with product orders, including taking orders, processing payments, and arranging delivery or pickup as per company policies.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy, working to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
- Maintain the appearance of the store by ensuring products are properly displayed and keeping the store clean and organized.
- Monitor inventory levels, report stock shortages, and assist with restocking shelves and displays as needed.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell related products to enhance the customer's shopping experience and increase sales.
- Gather feedback from customers and report it to the management team for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Previous direct customer service experience, preferably in the retail industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay:
AED2, AED2,700.00 per month
