The core responsibilities of this person include:

Responsibilities

  • Orientations and Tours when/if required to do so
  • Greeting guests/visitors and informing members of visitor/guest
  • Looking after both Operator Area and Animator Area (dependent on the shift allocation and location)
  • Support the Community Management team to create a welcoming and collaborative community environment amongst our members
  • Monitoring app bookings, guest bookings and visitor bookings daily and organizing communication between the operations team
  • Daily communication between Animator and Operator area with Operations team
  • Organize the daily operation sheets within the correct time frames
  • Nasab Event support when/if required
  • Handling photography room rental for nonmembers
  • Handling photography room equipment rental for nonmember and members
  • Cashiering for NASAB services when/if needed
  • Monitoring Nexudus CRM system daily and supporting with the updating of this
  • Updating SOP's, Reception Manual, Checklists and all Operational documents on going and keeping up to date in real time with changes needed
  • Animator services such as answering and transferring calls for operations of NASAB
  • Admin services for operation of NASAB including admin support for the Community Manager/Operations Manager and Assistant Community Manager
  • Ensure the Animator and Operator desk is fully operational, and processes are running smoothly on a daily basis
  • Drive growth and promotion of NASAB provided service offerings
  • Take direction from the Community Manager and Assistant Community Manager to support the members as necessary
  • Accepting packages and sorting mail, and all courier services
  • Members laundry operation services and support
  • Opening and closing space daily and completing daily checklists
  • Learn Nasab Scripts and SOPs to the correct standard for operational purposes
  • Closing Report for Operations team
  • Reconciliation Report for Finance teams

Requirements:

  • Previous reception, reservations or admin experience
  • Previous cashiering experience
  • Experience in hospitality of at least 3 years within the UAE or UK
  • Sales experience within Hospitality, Marketing or Events
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self awareness, work ethic, and empathy
  • Passion for entrepreneurial communities
  • Passion and understanding for NASAB's mission and values
  • Proficient in basic computer skills in word, excel and power point

Ability to commute/relocate:
