Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the adequacy of salesrelated equipment or material.
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give during and aftersales support when requested.
  • Store and sort all relevant documents and data in electronic form and present reports.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
  • Monitor the progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Accounts team.
  • Ensure adherence to laws and policies.

Salary:

AED 3,000 to AED 4,000

Work Location:

708, Al Jawahara Building

BurDubai, Dubai, UAE

Timings:

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Saturday)
Weekly-Off (Sunday)
