Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for potential clients through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
  • Conduct market research to assess property values and provide clients with accurate and uptodate information.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, developers, and other industry professionals.
  • Prepare and present property listings, including photographs, descriptions, and virtual tours.
  • Guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process, including property viewings, negotiations, and contract signings.
  • Utilize real estate CRM systems to manage client interactions, appointments, and transactions.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and real estate software.
  • Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
