Job Description:

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops and laptops.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal performance of PCs.
  • Design, implement, and maintain robust network infrastructures.
  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot FortiGate firewall appliances.
  • Active Directory Administration.
  • Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems.
  • Stay updated on current trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the IT sector.
  • Provide basic support for IP phone systems.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures; protect company assets. Address guest's service needs.
  • Responsible for providing comprehensive IT support and technical functions.
  • Monitor, operate, coordinate, assist and train others in the operation of computer hardware, software, and peripherals to achieve the desired result.
  • Provide enduser support. Manage user accounts, including set up, removal, and resetting passwords in order to ensure confidentiality and proper use.
  • Responsible to adhere with all information security policies
  • Maintain inventory of all devices.
  • Prepare project status reports.
  • Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time.
  • This position will also require oncall response to incidents as necessary.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services.
  • Listen to customer concerns, identify problems, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the relevant department when necessary.

Desired Skill & Expertise:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, etc
  • IT related Certifications & Trainings.
  • Strong communication skills
