PositionOverview:

As the SEO &Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing andimplementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhancethe online presence and drive lead generation for Company Name.This role requires a deep understanding of SEO techniques digitalmarketing trends and the Dubai real estate marketlandscape.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Developand execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility organicsearch rankings and trafficacquisition.
  • Conduct keyword research analysisand optimization to enhance website content and drive targetedtraffic.
  • Monitor and analyze websiteperformance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics andSEMrush and generate reports to track progress and identify areasfor improvement.
  • Manage and optimizepayperclick (PPC) advertising campaigns on platforms such as GoogleAds and social media channels to maximizeROI.
  • Collaborate with the content team tocreate highquality SEOfriendly content including blog postsarticles and property listings.
  • Stay updated onindustry trends algorithm changes and best practices in SEO anddigital marketing to ensure the companys strategies remaineffective and competitive.
  • Implement onpage andoffpage optimization techniques including link building sitearchitecture improvements and technical SEOenhancements.
  • Coordinate with web developers toimplement SEO recommendations and ensure website functionalitymeets SEO requirements.
  • Manage the companyssocial media presence including content creation scheduling andengagement to build brand awareness and drive traffic to thewebsite.
  • Work closely with sales and businessdevelopment teams to align marketing efforts with company goals andobjectives.
  • Stay informed about the latestdevelopments in the Dubai real estate market and competitoractivities to identify opportunities andchallenges.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in marketing communications or a relatedfield.
  • Proven experience as an SEO &Marketing Manager in the real estate industry 4 years preferably inDubai.
  • Indepth knowledge of SEO techniquesincluding keyword research onpage and offpage optimization andtechnical SEO.
  • Proficiency in tools such asGoogle Analytics Google Search Console SEMrush andMoz.
  • Experience managing PPC campaigns onGoogle Ads and social media platforms.
  • Stronganalytical skills with the ability to interpret data generateinsights and make datadrivendecisions.
  • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills with the ability to create compelling contentfor different digital channels.
  • Creativethinking and problemsolving abilities with a proactive approach toidentifying and addressing marketingchallenges.
  • Ability to work effectively in afastpaced environment and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the Dubai realestate market including current trends regulations and customerpreferences is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency inArabic language is aplus.
