  1. Provide administrative support to the Division manager and MEP department, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  2. Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations related to MEP projects.
  3. Assist in the preparation of bids, proposals, and project documentation.
  4. Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems for MEP projects and documents.
  5. Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  6. Assist in the procurement of materials and services for MEP projects.
  7. Manage and update databases and spreadsheets related to MEP projects.
  8. Assist in the organization of project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
  9. Handle phone calls and inquiries related to MEP projects, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  10. Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, related to MEP projects.
  12. Support the MEP team with any other administrative tasks as required.
