Responsible forhelping the call centre agent solving technician callout assignmentconflicts (priorities & trouble shooters fitterschedule)

Accountable forsolving and closing the open callouts and reacting in case ofstopped equipment and/or safetyissues

Accountable forreducing the callouts in hisarea

Accountable forthe timely completion of the planned maintenancevisits

Accountable forthe planned maintenance scheduling andoptimisedrouting

Responsible forperforming siteaudits

Responsible forinvestigating accidents and following company policy on evidencecustody and internalreporting.

Responsible forthe control and authorization ofovertime

Requirements

Bachelor sDegree inEngineering

512years experience in the samefield

Engineeringstandards and codes ofpractice

Ability to planorganize lead and monitor team efforts to their successfulcompletion

Excellent inEnglish Language Arabic would be anadvantage.
