The ideal candidate will be an expertin social media management lead generation and content creation formarketing posts. This role offers a hybrid setup with theflexibility of remote work for most days and occasional inofficemeetings and tasks. While this position starts as freelanceexceptional performance may lead to a fulltime role withcomprehensive benefits.

JobRole:

As a Freelance MarketingSpecialist you will be responsible for spearheading marketingefforts for Itematch working closely with the team to drive brandawareness customer engagement and lead generation. You will havethe opportunity to showcase your expertise in social mediamanagement content creation and campaign execution to contribute tothe success of our venture.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Developand implement marketing strategies to promote Itematch and increaseuser engagement.
  • Manage social media platformsincluding content creation scheduling and audienceengagement.
  • Generate leads through variouschannels including digital advertising email marketing andpartnerships.
  • Create engaging content formarketing materials including blog posts newsletters andpromotional videos.
  • Monitor and analyzemarketing performance metrics to identify areas for optimizationand improvement.
  • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to align marketing efforts with overallbusiness goals.
  • Stay uptodate with industrytrends and best practices to ensure effective marketingstrategies.

Requirements:

  • Provenexperience in a marketing leadership role preferably in a startupenvironment or a highgrowth techcompany.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop andexecute successful marketing strategies that drive measurableresults.
  • Strong alignment with the vision andvalues of Mavsketch with a passion for driving positive changethrough innovative marketinginitiatives.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaboratewith diverse teams andstakeholders.
  • Willingness to take ownership andinitiative with a track record of delivering results in dynamicenvironments.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and awillingness to go above and beyond to contribute to the companyssuccess.

Qualifications:

  • Proventrack record of developing and executing successful marketingcampaigns across various channels.
  • Stronganalytical skills and proficiency in datadrivendecisionmaking.
  • Experience with digitalmarketing tools and platforms including but not limited to GoogleAnalytics SEO SEM and social mediaadvertising.

NicetoHave:

  • Experiencein the tech industry or with SaaSproducts.
  • Knowledge of marketing automationplatforms and CRM systems.
  • Previous experienceworking on projects with complex user acquisition and engagementrequirements.
  • Contributions to thoughtleadership content industry publications or public speakingengagements.
