Asa Senior Marketing Manager, Go-To-Market on the US Sports Marketingteam you will build world-class marketing strategies to launch,scale, and grow live sports on Prime Video. You will be on the teamresponsible for leading Go-To-Market for new and existing livesports properties in our portfolio like Thursday Night Football,NASCAR, National Women's Soccer League, WNBA, and muchmore. You will work cross-functionally with internal (eg. creative,production, programming) and external partners (eg. professionalleagues and teams). Your work will be highly visible and impactful,ultimately being a key driver in reaching viewership and businessgoals. Given the unique needs and nature of live sports, thisfunction serves as the subject matter expert for live sports acrossall cross functional teams/shared services within PrimeVideo.

Role can be based out ofAmazon's Culver City, Seattle, or New Yorkoffices.

Key job responsibilities

  • Lead go-to-market strategy and launchfor various live sports properties on Prime Video. Initially, youwill be the marketing GTM lead for NASCAR on PrimeVideo.
  • Build & execute world-class360-degree sports marketing campaigns. You will own the creation ofintegrated marketing plans with inputs from key marketing channelleads (eg. O&O, organic social, paid media, PR), product,programming, production, and other internal stakeholders that willhelp reach & exceed viewership and other businessgoals.
  • Operate like a GM with anowner's mindset through the lifecycle of the property. Youwill be responsible for understanding and leveraging the fullmarketing toolkit we have available to reach viewership and otherbusiness goals.
  • Build relationships and becomea trusted partner with the external leagues/organizations we workwith.
  • Partner with various Amazon creativeteams (eg. Sports, Prime Video, Prime, central brand) to developcreative campaigns that inspire customers, engage fans, and driveviewership of our content.
  • Dive deep into thenuances of marketing performance and viewership to uncover insightsand learnings that will improve performance overtime.
  • Run experimentation to learn and improvemarketing results.

Prime Video has a vastselection of live and on demand sports content including ThursdayNight Football, WNBA, New York Yankees, National Women'sSoccer League, and more. The Sports Marketing team is charged withcreating world-class marketing campaigns to deliver this growingportfolio of live sports content to Amazoncustomers.

BasicQualifications

  • 8+ years of professionalnon-internship marketing experience
  • Experiencebuilding, executing and scaling cross-functional marketingprograms
  • Experience communicating results tosenior leadership
  • Experience using data andmetrics to drive improvements
  • Experience priorsuccess in driving execution of large-scale project plans withmultiple teams in support of business goals
  • Aproven track record of owning marketing strategies that directlyimpact business goals.
