As the Senior Product Associate at Datahash, you will work closely with the Senior Manager for Product Led Growth (PLG) to support the execution of product-led growth strategies and initiatives. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the success of the PLG team by assisting in the development and implementation of growth-focused product features and optimizations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the development and refinement of the Product Led Growth strategy in collaboration with the Senior Manager and cross-functional teams.
  2. Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for product-led growth and improvement.
  3. Collaborate with the Product team to prioritize feature development based on growth opportunities and user feedback.
  4. Support the development and implementation of product features aimed at driving user acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
  5. Work closely with the UX/UI design team to ensure that product features are optimized for user engagement and satisfaction.
  6. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement in the user experience.
  7. Assist in the collection and analysis of user data to track key performance indicators and identify trends.
  8. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform product decisions and optimizations.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Partnerships, and Engineering, to ensure alignment and support for PLG initiatives.
  10. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to coordinate efforts and drive results.

Success Criteria:

  1. Successful implementation of product features and optimizations aimed at driving user acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
  2. Positive feedback from users regarding the usability and effectiveness of new product features.
  3. Contribution to the achievement of growth targets outlined in the PLG strategy.
  4. Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to support PLG initiatives and drive results.
Requirements
  1. Should have 3-5 years of working experience.
  2. Previous experience in product management, or related roles in a product Led Growth company.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  5. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and product management tools is a plus.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
