Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Electrical Designer Engineer with construction experience in substation projects within the Oil and Gas sector. The role involves planning, designing, and overseeing all electrical construction activities in consultation with the Lead Engineer, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and project timelines. The successful candidate will closely monitor daily construction activities, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain alignment with project specifications, quality standards, and schedule. All work will comply with ADNOC HSE policy. Responsibilities Lead electrical construction activities for substation projects. Ensure all designs and execution meet safety, quality, and schedule requirements. Monitor daily construction activities and coordinate closely with multidisciplinary teams. Maintain compliance with ADNOC HSE policy and other regulatory standards. Promote and enforce a strong safety culture across all construction activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 6‑10 years minimum Oil & Gas experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills, leadership and coordination abilities, analytical and proactive approach. Proficiency with industry‑specific software such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other computer‑aided design tools. Experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Chemical Industries.
