We are seeking a highly organized andexperienced Storekeeper cum Admin to join our dynamic team in DubaiHills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years ofexperience working with Zoho software and will be responsible forefficiently managing store operations maintaining inventory andperforming various administrative duties to support our foodcatering business.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • InventoryManagement:

    • Maintainaccurate inventory records using Zoho.
    • Monitorstock levels and ensure timely replenishment ofsupplies.
    • Conduct regular stock checks andaudits to prevent discrepancies.
    • Coordinatewith suppliers for orders deliveries andreturns.
  • StoreOperations:

    • Ensurethe store is wellorganized clean and complies with safetystandards.
    • Oversee the receipt storage anddistribution of products.
    • Manage stock rotationand minimizewastage.
  • AdministrativeSupport:

    • Performgeneral administrative duties such as filing data entry anddocument management.
    • Handle customer inquiriesand provide excellent service.
    • Assist inpreparing reports presentations andcorrespondence.
    • Coordinate with otherdepartments to ensure smoothoperations.
  • ZohoManagement:

    • UtilizeZoho for inventory tracking order management andreporting.
    • Ensure data accuracy and integritywithin the Zoho system.
    • Provide support andtraining to team members on Zohofunctionalities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimumof 2 years of experience working with Zohosoftware.
  • Previous experience in a storekeepingor administrative role preferably in the food cateringindustry.
  • Strong organizational andmultitasking skills.
  • Excellent communicationand interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MSOffice Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Knowledgeof inventory management practices andprocedures.
  • Ability to work independently andas part of a team.
