  • To assist Director of Talent& Culture in the smooth and efficient running of the Talent& Culture Department, ensuring that all the policies andprocedures outlined in the Departmental Operations Manual arestrictly adhered to.
  • Assist in supervising allrelevant activities such as ambassadors, training, development,administration, welfare as per the operational policies andprocedures.
  • Assist the Director of Talent& Culture in ensuring that the hotel consistently disposesadequate, motivated and skilled ambassadors at alllevels.
  • Assist in the smooth running of Talent& Culture administration and recruitmentprocedure.
  • Manage ambassadors’ fileson the basis of incoming, hiring, transfer, promotion, resignationand other modification data.
  • Compiles theoperational staffing schedule, manning guide in coordination withthe Director of Talent &Culture.
  • Updating of ambassador benefits, e.g.salary, bonus, payroll and accommodationbenefits
  • Is familiar with the regulations andTalent & Culture guidelines issued by regional or corporateadministration and ensures that they are appliedaccordingly.
  • Attends morning briefings and HODmeetings in the absence of the Director of Talent &Culture.
  • Ensures proper job descriptions areavailable for all functions, continuously adapts them incoordination with relevant supervisor to operationalrequirements.
  • Supervise the ambassador housingand ambassador restaurant and conducts randomchecks
  • Responsible for follow up of recruitmentin coordination with the concern departmentheads.
  • Conducts exit interview in the absenceof the Director of Talent &Culture.
  • Organizes social activities forambassadors.
  • Assist in establishing monthlyreports according to the requirements of the Director of Talent& Culture.
  • Maintains monthly overviewof vacation and public holiday balance for all ambassadors anddelivers a monthly consolidated summary to the Director of Talent& Culture.
  • To participate in careerfairs.
  • To carry out any other reasonable dutiesas assigned by the Director of Talent &Culture.
