Treasury Manager

We are seeking a highlyexperienced Treasury Manager to join our team. The ideal candidatewill have 1012 years of experience in treasury management with astrong focus on working capital facilities trade finance cashmanagement and foreign exchange management. Proficiency with SAPand industryrelated experience is preferred. The successfulcandidate will possess excellent communication skills and have aproven track record of working effectively with banks and financialinstitutions.
KeyResponsibilities:- WorkingCapital Management: Oversee the companys workingcapital to ensure efficient utilization and optimal cashflow.
- TradeFinance: Manage trade finance operations includingLetters of Credit (LCs) and Letters of Guarantee(LGs).
- CashManagement: Optimize cash management strategies tomaintain adequate liquidity andcontrol.
- Foreign ExchangeManagement: Develop and implement strategies formanaging the companys foreign exchangerisk.
- BankRelations: Maintain strong relationships with banksand financial institutions to secure favorable terms andservices.
- SAPUtilization: Utilize SAP for treasuryrelatedactivities ensuring data accuracy andefficiency.
- Financial Analysisand Reporting: Conduct financial analysis andprepare reports on treasury activities to inform managementdecisions.
- Compliance and RiskManagement: Ensure compliance with relevantregulations and manage financial risks associated with treasuryoperations.
- TeamLeadership: Lead and mentor a team of treasuryprofessionals to achieve departmentalgoals.
- Experience:1012 years of experience in treasury management with a focus onworking capital trade finance cash management and FXmanagement.
- IndustryExperience: Experience in a related industry ispreferred.
- TechnicalSkills: Proficiency in SAP isrequired.
- Communication:Excellent communication skills with proven experience ininteracting with banks and financialinstitutions.
- Education:A degree in finance accounting business administration or a relatedfield. Professional certifications such as CFA CPA or CTP are aplus.
- AnalyticalSkills: Strong analytical abilities to assessfinancial risks and develop strategicsolutions.
- Attention toDetail: High level of accuracy and attention todetail.
- ProblemSolving:Effective problemsolving skills to address and resolve financialissues.
- Leadership:Ability to lead motivate and develop ateam.
