Location: Dubai

JOB PURPOSE:
To ensure all sales operations and sales transactions are implemented as per company policy and managing daily transactions related to finance and accounts activities.

DESCRIPTION:

  1. Ensure that documents related to sales transactions & vehicle release are in order & per company policy & department procedure.
  2. Handle daily sales report from the system and match it with the computer invoices.
  3. Ensure that all credit sales are supported by relevant documents.
  4. Handle the BG's file with follow-up to expiry date and/or the no longer required by the customers and send to bank for cancellation.
  5. Handle refund cases to the customers.
  6. Regular check on PDC's for safekeeping and matching with SAP records and ensuring timely deposit of the same.
  7. Control any credit accounts.
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: University degree.

Minimum Experience: 2 years experience in an accounts role, preferably financially qualified.

Job-Specific Skills: High degree of numeracy, high level of Excel usage, and familiarity with other MS Office products. Prior experience of SAP.
