  • A Medical degree and the successfulcompletion of a residency and fellowship inurology
  • A state license and certification topractice urology
  • The ability to keep updated onthe latest medical technologies
  • The flexibilityto work irregular hours and remain on emergencycall
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving,and analytical skills
  • Good communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Good team working,leadership, and organizationalskills
