VP of Sales

Were looking for a VP of Sales (SaaS / Fintech / Data Products) with experience selling complex technology solutions to large enterprises. This role focuses on driving fintech adoption across banks large corporates and high-value B2B clients in the GCC. The ideal candidate has managed enterprise accounts sold to C-level stakeholders and closed multi-stage deals with long sales cycles. Key Responsibilities Grow enterprise accounts across the GCC (banks financial institutions large corporates). Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-value B2B fintech deals. Engage senior stakeholders including CIOs CTOs Heads of Digital Transformation and Finance. Develop tailored proposals using a consultative solution-based sales approach. Build account strategies and long-term plans aligned with clients digital transformation goals. Drive expansion through cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing enterprise clients. Collaborate with product and solutions teams to align demos POCs and integrations. Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting for enterprise revenue. What We’re Looking For 810 years of experience in enterprise sales ideally in fintech. Experience selling into large enterprises particularly banks. Proven track record of closing high-value multi-stakeholder enterprise deals. Strong consultative selling skills across both technical and business buyers. Experience in GCC markets (UAE Oman KSA Qatar etc.). Comfortable engaging C-suite and senior IT stakeholders. Background in Cisco Microsoft SAP Oracle or similar enterprise environments is a plus.
