Sales Engineer – Smart Buildings

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development within the Low Current/ELV/ Automation industry in the UAE.
This role is ideal for someone who can effectively communicate the value of our data-driven, future-ready Connected Building technologies and position Syncrow as a leader in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with Interior Designers, contractors, developers, and consultants.
- Effectively manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. Utilize our CRM to track and manage opportunities.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations.
- Drive the success of Syncrow's cutting-edge, IoT, and Smart Home Solutions.
- Conduct engaging technical demonstrations to showcase the power of Syncrow's Solutions.
- Foster strong client relationships through exceptional service and ongoing support to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Network and generate leads at industry events, elevating Syncrow's brand as a leader in, IoT, and Smart Connected Buildings.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development within the Low Current/ ELV / Automation industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business / engineering.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of emerging technologies.
