GRAPHIC DESIGNER (UAE NATIONAL)DUBAI

Reportingto the Head of Marketing the Graphic Designer will be responsiblefor bringing the marketing
strategy to life by creatingengaging and unique designs for the clients brand. Workingwith
internal teams as well asexternal agencies to deliver on the overall execution of themarketingstrategy.

Thesuccessful candidate will play a key role in translating ideas intocaptivating visuals and thus must have expert knowledge of currentgraphic design software and be skilled in every step of the designand production process
fromconcept to finaldeliverables.

Ourclient is looking for a creative thinker who can bring innovationto their projects whether its aprint
collateral engaging socialmedia campaign or a visually stunningwebsite.

KeyResponsibilities:
Graphic Design:Create visually appealing and onbrand designs for a variety ofprint and digital
materialsincluding but not limited to brochures posters social mediagraphics websitesand
presentations.
Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent application of the clientsbrand across all design
projectsmaintaining a high standard of quality andprofessionalism.
Collaboration:Work closely with crossfunctional teams including marketingproduct
development andcommunication teams to understand project requirements anddeliver
design solutions that meetbusiness objectives.
Creativity:Bring fresh and innovative design ideas to the table keepingabreast of design trends
andindustry best practices.
Adaptability: Quickly adapt to changes in project scope prioritiesand timelines while
maintaining apositive and proactive attitude.
Feedback and Revisions: Accept and implement constructive feedbackto refine andimprove
designs.
If you have animation skills leverage them to bring our designs tolife through motion graphics
GIFsor other animated content.
Workclosely with the creative team agencies and stakeholders tounderstand project objectives
anddeliver designs that meet or exceedexpectations.
Ensure that alldesigns align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency acrossdifferent
platforms.
Industry Trends: Stay updated on design trends tools and techniquesto bring fresh ideas tothe
table.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects adhering todeadlines and ensuring
highqualityoutput.

EssentialSkills (Behavioral/technical)
Bachelor s degree in graphic design or relatedfield
Knowledge of designtechniques and principles
Solidknowledge and experience in using Creative Cloud After EffectsAdobe Photoshop
IllustratorInDesign Premiere and After Effects. Programs like Maya and Cinema4D are a plus.
A strong eye forvisual composition
Typographyknowledge
Multimedia contentdevelopment
Media productioncommunication and disseminationtechniques
Previous experience inthe B2B industry would beadvantageous.
Creativity andoriginality
Fluency ofideas

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in graphic design visual communication or relatedfield.
Proven experience as aGraphic Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating conceptualand
creativedesign.
Proficiency in designsoftware such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop IllustratorInDesign
and if applicable AfterEffects for animation).
Strongcreative thinking and problemsolvingskills.
Excellent communicationand collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and an eye foraesthetics.
Animation skills areaplus.
