Registered GeneralNurses (RGN s) play asignificant role in our client s Their main duties andresponsibilities include:
  • Motivating residents to help restore and improve theirhealth and self-esteem
  • Providing medication to residents
  • Providing psychological and physicalsupport to residents, family members and friends
  • Identifying resident s care requirements
  • Assuring the quality of care to residents throughadhering to therapeutic standards
  • Ensuring that residents and fellow employees adhere toinfection control policies and protocols, medicine storage andadministration procedures and substance control regulations
  • Evaluating residents who complain of specificailments
  • Examining and authenticating vaccination records

  • Proven experience as a registered
