Position:Social Worker (Arabic Speaker)

Responsibilities:

  • Plan coordinate manage and implement supportpackages to help clients deal with difficulties and overcomedependencies.
  • Help individuals enhance theircapacities & improve their daily lives andexperiences.
  • Within specified standards andtimescales Candidate will provide valuable support and guidancefostering positive change and contributing to the wellbeing of ourcommunity.
  • Address each case as a unit and settailored measurable goals
  • Monitor and evaluateclients progress and modify treatment plansaccordingly
  • Offer information and counseling onthe best course of action duringsessions
  • Maintain accurate records and reporton clients status
  • Act as a key worker andcooperate with multidisciplinary teams
  • HelpPatients in recovery

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a SocialWorker
  • Working knowledge of social theories andpractices
  • Social perceptiveness andempathy
  • Ability to build and maintainprofessional helping relationships
  • Ability torelate and communicate with diverse populations andgroups
  • Resilience along with the ability toassess situations
  • Willing to submit tobackground checks
  • Must be exposed in handlingSpecial Needs in Family and Children

Skills

  • BSdegree in social work (BSW) psychology orsociology
  • Minimum 2 years Healthcare Experience
