Requirements
  • KnowledgeandProficiency:
    • Proficientin creating new opportunity and sale presentations as directed bythe General Manager assisting in path planning project managementclient relations budgeting reporting and generaladministration.
    • Skilledin sourcing and synthesising information from diversesources.
    • Proficientin managing partnership packages to ensure delivery of promisedprint digital and socialoutputs.
    • Knowledgeof all integral systems Trello Zoho Google Drive Magnet (trainingprovided)
    • Knowledgeof the internal order approval system key contacts and paperworkrequirements (trainingprovided)
    • Managementof the internal monthend closing process across thegroup
    • Proficientin creating post campaign reports and analysis for key accountswithin thegroup.
  • ManagementResponsibilities:
    • Managementof order workflow across commercial and editorial team managingeditorial and commercial operations across digital print andexperiential businesses overseeing resource allocation to achievetargets.
    • Managementof Trello across commercial and editorial team supportingcommercial and PR content requests tracking deliverables andensuring editorial commitments aremet.
    • Opportunityto represent the brands at key industryevents.
  • Projectand AccountManagement:
    • Assistin managing wider teams projects and accounts throughout theirleave periods as needed acting as a primary liaison acrossdepartments addressing queries troubleshooting issues andescalating matters asneeded.
    • Establishingimplementing and supporting the brands events calendar working andfollowup files for the teams. Assist the teams pre during andpostevents (guest management logistics operations communicationinformation and materialmanagement).
    • Supportingthe delivery and attending brand events across the group whereneeded.
  • MediaPlanning and RelationshipManagement:
    • Independentlyconduct media planning based on client briefs and fosterrelationships to drive comprehensive annual planning whilstidentifying commercial opportunities for optimal brandinvestment.

Knowledge and Proficiency: Proficient in creating new opportunityand sale presentations as directed by the General Manager -assisting in path planning, project management, client relations,budgeting, reporting, and general administration.
