Position Overview As a Bayut Studios Sales Manager, you will lead the commercial growth and market expansion of Bayut Studios. You will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying and securing high‑value opportunities among the leading property developers. Leveraging a proven track record in media, content production, or real estate services, you will transform prospects into long‑term strategic partners. You will have to navigate the competitive landscape and position Bayut Studios as the premier choice for creative real estate solutions. In this Role you will: Execute a strategic sales plan to establish Bayut Studios as the UAE's top provider for real estate content. Leverage the Bayut & dubizzle network to identify and sign high‑tier property developer clients. Conduct daily outreach to secure meetings with marketing heads and key decision makers at leading firms. \Take full ownership of the sales funnel to consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue goals. Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to set sales strategies and ensure annual targets are met. Act as an expert advisor, helping developers choose the best digital tools to accelerate their property sales. Simplify technical services into clear, compelling solutions that address specific client project needs. Lead negotiations on pricing and terms, managing all paperwork to move deals from verbal agreement to signed contract. Transform one‑time customers into long‑term partners by embedding our services into every new project launch. Monitor competitors and leverage CRM data to track wins, refine tactics, and deliver clear sales forecasts. Partner with finance teams to ensure professional follow‑ups and timely collection of all client payments. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably within media production, digital marketing, real estate services, or advertising. Minimum 1 year of experience within the UAE property sector. Deep understanding of creative services within the property sectors (products used, service providers, pricing). Familiarity with real estate marketing trends, content creation processes, and digital media solutions is a plus. Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables and calculated fields. Expert at building trust with key stakeholders and delivering compelling presentations that showcase creative value. Skilled in handling objections and navigating complex discussions to secure high‑value contracts and favourable terms. A proactive self‑starter who excels in fast‑paced environments, managing multiple priorities while taking full initiative to drive growth. Driven individual who will go above and beyond.
