  • Builds, leads, and reviews work ofthe creative team and guides them strategically with theirpriorities and focus
  • Analyzes creative demands,anticipates bottlenecks and managesworkflow
  • Supervises a cross-functional team ofgraphic designers, copywriters, photographers/videographers, in thestrategic development of messages anddeliverables
  • Demonstrates a comprehensiveunderstanding of brand development fostered through creativestrategy and implementation.
  • Has wealth ofexperience in regards to design principles, creative industrystandards across multi mediatouchpoints.
  • Prioritizes work and resourcesacross engagements based on short- and long-termneeds.
  • Establishes production schedules for thedepartment of designers, copywriters, and photographers using knowhow of efforts required to complete tasks, increasing efficienciesby utilizing effective tools and digitalplatforms
  • Conducts brainstorming sessions withcreative team, inspire strategic and creative thinking to developinnovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscallyresponsible manner, that are conceptually strong and can be used inCEO and CMO pitch presentations as way to gain buy into the visualstrategy
  • Reviews and approves art and copydeveloped by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectivelyaddress marketing goals and challenges
  • Leadsthe thinking process for fresh, innovative work that translatescomplex ideas into compelling creative ideas for visuallysophisticated audiences
  • Presents, or overseespresentation of final concepts, and obtain approvals fordeliverables
  • Effectively manages a three subfunctions including copy, creative shop and visual content bysetting clear objectives on a quarterly basis with a strong mindseton prioritization in order to creatively bring to live the countrymarketing plans
