What You'll Do?
  • Design and implement AI architectures and solutions with a focus on Microsoft AI Stack, including everything under AI Foundry and CoPilot Agents.
  • Lead the development and deployment of generative AI models, AI agents, and other AI-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business teams to integrate AI into our enterprise workflows.
  • Ensure the integration of AI solutions with existing systems and infrastructure, collaborating with the Tech Teams across Kitopi.
  • Ensure compliance, security, and AI principles in all AI-Driven Solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AI and machine learning technologies advancements and apply them to improve existing solutions.
  • Support the IT Director and CTO with the AI Strategy at Kitopi.
  • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization of AI models and algorithms.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for AI solutions, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user guides.
  • Demonstrate strong problem framing capabilities and an objective-driven work approach to ensure AI solutions align with business goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
What You'll Need?
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an AI Architect or similar role, with a strong focus on the Microsoft AI tools.
  • Proficiency in Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Bot Framework, and other Microsoft AI (CoPilot Studio) and technologies.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or C#.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform, CoPilot Extensibility, and Microsoft Graph is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment of AI solutions is a plus.

Recruitment Process and Timeline

First, you apply, and our talent attraction team will review your profile. If your profile matches our requirements, you will receive a link to schedule a meeting with a recruiter at your convenience. This meeting is an opportunity for you to share more about yourself and for us to get to know you better.

If you are shortlisted, you will meet with our hiring managers. Depending on the role and its requirements, you may need to attend 2-3 interview rounds. These rounds could include a case study, role-play, trial assignment, or live coding session, which will be communicated to you in the initial conversation.

Upon successful completion of the interview rounds, your recruiter will contact you to discuss the offer. We aim to complete this process within 2-3 weeks.
