Our fast growingglobal safety client is seeking their next Warehouse OperationsCoordinator to lead the entire back-end of theirbusiness. You will play a pivotal role in distributing productsacross Canada and ensure timely packing and delivery. This rolewill also work closely with the Project Manager to implement abetter shipping/receiving systems.
SpecificResponsibilities:

Loading and unloading of goods and supplies and ensuring properhandling of the goods.
Ensuringthe cleanliness and proper stocking of inventory in the workarea.
Maintaining quality in thewarehouse and keeping track of all damaged inventoryand
reporting to the GeneralManager.
Proper packing, labelingand tagging of the inventory in thewarehouse.
Conducting cyclecounts of inventory
Efficientlycarrying out all orders of the GeneralManager.
Working in accord withall safety regulations of thewarehouse.
Coordinating work withfellow workers and other teammembers.
Planning the layout ofthe warehouse, and the other storeroom areas, in accordancewith
the turnover, volume, weight,and associated aspects of goodsstored
Maintaining all warehouseinventory and records.
Responsible for receiving, recording, issuing, and transporting thegoods and supplies from
thewarehouse.
Meeting all safety andstorage regularities for housing of the goods andsupplies.
Completing allnecessary documentation and legal formalities relating to thegoods.
Assisting in makinginventory reports for evaluations and working under the directionof
the GeneralManager
RequirementsRequirements:
EDUCATION
High school diploma or a GED equivalent from a certified college,with basicbusiness
acumen.
Experience of 2 years in a warehousing facility is an addedadvantage.

SKILLS& ABILITIES
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written as wellas verbal).
Proactive mindset torecognize areas for improvement
Reliable
Self-motivated,individual contributor and teamplayer.
Working knowledge of MSOffice (Excel, Word and Outlook)
Able to learn & adapt in a growingenvironment
Previous experiencein a Warehouse environment anadvantage
Mechanical backgroundanadvantage
